We are not responsible for any loss or damage cost by the courier. All our items are carefully checked before shipping to you. Please contact the courier used if parcel hasn’t arrived in the given time frame as this is beyond our control.

Colors of fabric may differ due to different settings of monitor of the device.
REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY
Refunds, exchanges or returns will only be provided on faulty items or if you ordered the wrong size, provided there is available stock. If the item is no longer available at the time you want to exchange, we can give you a store credit.
All items must be in original condition with original tags and must not have been worn, altered or washed and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Most of our items are true to size but if unsure, we recommend you size up.
No money will be given and a Store Credit will be issued via email once we received and inspected the item. We do not cover postage cost return and exchange items for returning and sending back to you. We only refund the cost of items in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit must be used within 6 months.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges or refunds on SALE items. We are here to make your shopping fun and make sure you’re happy with your purchase so please choose carefully.
All postage will be sent from Sydney via Australia Post/Sendle/Startrack/DHL.
